Capacity Building Plan for SBC
About Project
The project, led by UNICEF Pakistan’s Social and Behavior Change (SBC) section, focuses on developing and strategically planning capacity-building solutions for SBC programming. The initiative aims to assess and address existing capacity gaps in SBC among UNICEF Pakistan’s partners at both national and provincial levels. By adapting and contextualizing existing UNICEF SBC content, the project seeks to improve SBC knowledge and practices across priority sectors such as WASH, Gender, Child Protection, Nutrition, Health, and Education. The ultimate goal is to enhance the ability of UNICEF’s partners to design and implement evidence-based SBC strategies that deliver measurable results for children and their communities.
Momentum has extensive expertise in conducting capacity assessments for Social and Behavior Change (SBC) programming. Our assessments are designed to evaluate organizations’ readiness and capacity to effectively implement SBC strategies. We focus on understanding current capabilities and identifying areas for enhancement, ensuring that SBC interventions are impactful and sustainable.
Key Steps:
Our capacity assessments provide a detailed understanding of SBC programming capabilities, enabling organizations to enhance their strategies effectively. By identifying gaps and leveraging strengths, Momentum supports the development of tailored solutions that drive impactful social and behavior change initiatives. Through our comprehensive approach, we ensure that SBC programs are equipped with the necessary resources, skills, and knowledge to achieve their goals.
