About Project
Development Designing & Dissemination ATLAS for KPK and Balochistan FAO project, we undertook a thorough baseline assessment, analyzing the prevailing conditions of agriculture and water management. Following this, we engaged in extensive stakeholder consultations to gather valuable insights and discern key priorities. Utilizing this information, we meticulously crafted a detailed project initiation report, delineating the project’s objectives, scope, timelines, and budget. Building upon this groundwork, we devised a comprehensive design and planning document, fortified by a robust monitoring and evaluation framework. Throughout the project lifecycle, we diligently generated regular progress reports, ensuring stakeholders remained informed and engaged. Moreover, we conducted impact assessment surveys to measure the efficacy of project interventions, while also meticulously documenting lessons learned to enhance future programming and project efficacy.

Services Provided:

Momentum undertook the task of designing and an Agriculture Atlas specifically tailored for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan provinces. This project was commissioned by FAO Pakistan, aiming to provide an extensive overview of the agricultural sectors within these regions. Leveraging our expertise in graphic design and content development, we meticulously crafted the atlas to encompass a wide array of agricultural data, statistics, and thematic maps. Our team worked diligently to ensure that the atlas not only showcased the agricultural landscape but also served as a valuable resource for policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders interested in understanding the agricultural dynamics of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to FAO’s standards, Momentum delivered a high-quality product that effectively fulfilled the client’s requirements and objectives.
