Description
Momentum, Contracted by UNICEF Pakistan Office, for registration of new vendors. Momentum invites eligible and qualified suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and service providers to express their interest in registering with us for the supply of goods and services to UNICEF. We are seeking competent, ethical, and reliable vendors from Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta, potential future procurement opportunities in support of UNICEF projects and programmes across Pakistan.
Scope of Work
The selected vendors will be considered for potential participation in future procurement opportunities supporting UNICEF Pakistan Country Office (PCO) programmes and operations. Registration through this portal is intended to establish a comprehensive database of qualified suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, consultants, and service providers capable of delivering high-quality goods and services in accordance with UNICEF procurement principles.
Registered vendors may be considered for the supply of goods and services across a broad range of operational and programme requirements, including, but not limited to, education supplies, ICT equipment and services, solar and renewable energy solutions, construction and engineering works, logistics and transportation services, warehousing, security services, professional consultancy, research and evaluation, media and communication services, event management, printing and branding, office equipment and furniture, medical equipment and supplies, emergency relief items, WASH supplies, textiles, and other specialized procurement categories.
Vendors are expected to maintain the technical, financial, and operational capacity necessary to deliver goods and services in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while complying with all applicable national laws, industry standards, and quality assurance requirements. Where applicable, suppliers should possess recognized certifications such as ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality standards and demonstrate the ability to provide new, genuine, and quality-assured products.
All registered vendors shall adhere to the highest standards of business ethics, integrity, transparency, and accountability. Vendors are expected to comply with safeguarding principles, including the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), labour and human rights standards, environmental sustainability, gender equality, social inclusion, and the prohibition of forced and child labour. Suppliers shall also cooperate with any verification activities, including document validation, reference checks, supplier assessments, and site inspections, as required during the evaluation and pre-qualification process.
Registration in the supplier database does not constitute pre-qualification, contractual engagement, or a guarantee of future procurement opportunities. All future procurement processes will be conducted in accordance with UNICEF procurement policies, competitive procurement procedures, and project-specific technical requirements. Only vendors meeting the applicable eligibility, technical, financial, and compliance requirements may be invited to participate in future solicitations.
