About Project
The Strategic Framework for Entrepreneurial Development at Air University School of Management project aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem within the university by empowering students to develop innovative business ideas. Key components included establishing a state-of-the-art incubation center that provides essential resources and mentorship, designing an indigenous model tailored to the university’s needs, and implementing initiatives to cultivate entrepreneurial skills through workshops and competitions. The project also facilitated collaboration with industry leaders and local businesses to offer students real-world insights. Overall, this initiative was designed to position the Air University School of Management as a leader in entrepreneurial education and contribute to regional economic development
Developed a strategy for the business school’s incubation center establishment and entrepreneurship development within the students.
Indigenous model of incubation center was prepared and rolled out by the university. A strategy to use the incubation center for the entrepreneurship development among students was prepared and rolled out as well.
